Robosculptor was founded in April 2021 as a spinout from the company in beauty aesthetics – Beautyliner Group (est. 2006).

Robosculptor is an automated robotic system for aesthetic body contouring. This is an AI based platform for completely automatic professional body treatment. The machine analyzes the surface of a human body, and conducts the session very precisely according to the chosen program.

Robosculptor is a part of an aesthetic robotic complex for analysing human body surface and body navigation (ARCABSAN). It enables automation of anticellulite treatment, laser hair removal, medical massage. It can be suitable for other directions of heathcare, wellness, fitness etc.

Robosculptor project is on Technical Readiness Level (TRL) 5 for the moment.
It means that we are still on the last Technology Development stage and sometimes we are making demo-procedures for ourselves or on a body-like dummy to test the system.

Robosculptor uses a method called “VIBRATIONAL COMPRESSION WITH SPERES.” It is a method, that you may try having a session with “Beautylizer” unit. It’s effectiveness is highly valuated by many satisfied clients during the past 3 years.

New is necessary for a long time. RSL sculpting is a necessary and justified stage in the cellulite correction procedure.

The system analyzes your body position with a high-resolution 3d camera, builds a trajectory map and starts the session. It also continuously follows your body position and adapts body treatment lines to a new body position if you move a little.

Currently there is no present patent for the system, but there is an application that we expect to be approved within a year.
A patent is a document, that allows inventors to protect their rights from infringement in a court. But there is also some other way that makes the technology secure: the unique software and algorithms that have been developed by our team of engineers.

There are currently about 10 people. As soon as we are ready with the serial version of the device, we plan to add more people to marketing and sales depts.

The robotic system is a very complicated software+hardware system, that requires continuous maintenance. That is why we find it necessary to use the so-called RaaS-model. (Robot as a Service). That will help us to provide constant level in effectiveness of treatments and quality of maintenance.

Robosculptor uses colloborative robot in it’s core. Protocols oa a cobot are designed to be safe for humans. But Robosculptor has additional safety fatures:

• The systems monitors the body in real time and controls positioning of the instrument
• The maximum payload on the body is limited by 5 kg
• There is a safety joystick, where a patient can adjust pressure level within a pressure range, provided in the protocol. The joystick has an emergency stop trigger
• There are 2 panic buttons: one is in patient’s and one in operator’s reach range.
