Robosculptor’s innovative robotics facility is set to make Dubai a global hub for massage technology.

In a groundbreaking move poised to shake up the wellness industry, UAE-based robotics company Robosculptor has unveiled plans to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dubai. With this strategic initiative, Robosculptor aims to position Dubai as the epicenter of massage robots on a global scale.

Since its inception in 2017, Robosculptor has been at the forefront of pioneering non-invasive aesthetic body treatments in the UAE. Headquartered in Dubai, the company has garnered recognition for its innovative solutions in aesthetic body contouring, including lymph drainage, sports therapy, anticellulite treatment, and skin firming.

The company’s newly launched manufacturing facility is set to accelerate Robosculptor’s production capabilities, with plans to deliver 50 advanced robotic units designed for full-body massages in 2024. Anticipating impressive growth, the company aims to ramp up production to between 100 and 200 units in the following year.

Central to Robosculptor’s cutting-edge technology is its integration of artificial intelligence and a high-speed 3D camera system. These innovations empower the robotic units to personalize massages according to individual client’s unique characteristics, maximizing efficacy and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Denis Ledenkof, CEO of Robosculptor, emphasized the transformative potential of their technology, saying, “Our technology can provide an alternative to human specialists and help people enjoy massages without any limitations and strengthen the Emirate’s position as a global hub for robotic wellness technology.” The company claims that its invention can perform double the procedures of a human therapist, generating up to 2.4 times more revenue for wellness facilities. Additionally, operational costs could drop by up to 40%, with returns on investment hitting 54% per device annually.

Robosculptor’s move addresses the surging global demand for massage therapy. Recent trends indicate a notable increase in searches for wellness services, underscoring a growing appetite for accessible relaxation solutions, according to the company. In 2023, global searches for massage have increased by more than 21% with “spa and massage near me” (up 124.1%) and “massage therapist near me” (up 123.5%) spiking considerably.

Already in talks with leading hotel chains, Robosculptor envisions integrating its technology into spa and wellness facilities worldwide, promising to elevate the guest experience through a unique fusion of relaxation and cutting-edge robotics, “With the help of Dubai and making it our manufacturing home, we aim to pioneer a unique blend of relaxation and cutting-edge robotics, enhancing the guest experience while further asserting our presence in the region’s market,” says Ledenkof.

The launch of Robosculptor’s manufacturing facility heralds a new era of technological innovation in the wellness sector, with Dubai seemingly poised to emerge as the undisputed epicenter of massage robotics on a global scale.
